Install for your own projects
npx --yes https://howai.build/cli/howai-cli-0.1.5.tgz install cobalt-system-deck --api https://howai.build --agent claude-codeYou need Node.js 22 or newer for the installer. An available public package installs without HowAI sign-in. Restricted packages open account authorization when needed. The last CLI lines report the version and actual directory.
~/.claude/skills/cobalt-system-deck/SKILL.mdKeep a project-scoped copy
To make the files part of one repository, choose its .claude/skills directory. Use an absolute path with --target and omit --agent. Check the package's sharing terms before committing it.
npx --yes https://howai.build/cli/howai-cli-0.1.5.tgz install cobalt-system-deck --api https://howai.build --target "$PWD/.claude/skills"Document the source, installed version and project dependencies alongside the files. Avoid keeping an edited personal copy with the same name unless you understand which one your environment selects.
Discover and invoke it
Look for the Skill in Claude Code's available commands or Skill list. Explicit invocation uses / followed by the Skill's command name. Read that name from the installed Skill; a download slug and the instruction name are not necessarily identical.
Use the installed Cobalt System Deck Skill for the attached brief.
Confirm which Skill you loaded, identify missing inputs,
and tell me what files you will create before starting. If it is absent, check the printed installation path and folder depth, then refresh or start a new session. Confirm that the session is on the same machine where you installed it.
Keep project rules and the task separate
Use project instructions for continuing conventions such as where results belong and which source material is authoritative. Use the Skill for the repeated procedure. A task-specific method should still respect the project's requirements and the permissions you grant.
Maintain the same target
npx --yes https://howai.build/cli/howai-cli-0.1.5.tgz list --api https://howai.build --agent claude-code
npx --yes https://howai.build/cli/howai-cli-0.1.5.tgz update cobalt-system-deck --api https://howai.build --agent claude-codeUse the same agent option when updating or uninstalling. HowAI protects modified files. Back up local changes before deciding to replace them. If behavior remains old after an update, check for another copy and begin a fresh session.
FAQ
The CLI's default target is ~/.agents/skills. The option chooses ~/.claude/skills for a personal Claude Code installation.
It installs local files. Other products and cloud sessions have separate distribution and account requirements; use their current documentation.
