Botanical Quiet Deck

Build a slow-observation story through pauses, small details, changing light and a short record of what was noticed. Botanical Quiet Deck uses powder-blue paper, flat teal foliage, scratchy brown contours and delicate handwritten/serif type. The quiet visual world supports an authored journal presentation; it does not turn the example into scientific evidence or a therapeutic claim.

What you get

  • A sequence adapted to the exact agreed count from twelve optional roles: opening, pause, invitation, collection, look, details, objects, light, perspective, record, rest and close. Chapters can combine or expand without adopting twelve pages as a default or requiring a fixed artwork quota.
  • A powder-blue/warm-brown/turquoise system with sparse peach accents, Allura handwritten display and Cormorant Garamond reading type. Full illustration chapters with vertical right titles alternate with left annotations, white miniature panels, a two-by-two grid and quiet still-life/garden/journal pages.
  • Eighteen local illustrated catalog assets for eighteen example image slots, including foliage, fictional figures, cats, small tabletop studies, a sketchbook and window scenes. They follow flat gouache/imperfect screenprint shapes with pencil contours rather than realistic painting or 3D.
  • A per-slot art ledger recording page, subject, aspect, placement, palette, prompt and saved result. Every pictorial image appears once, including small studies; only functional SVG/geometric primitives may recur. Text and functional diagrams remain live rather than being flattened into the illustration.
  • A standalone 16:9 HTML presentation with editable content, notes, thumbnails, viewing, presentation mode and print styling. Recipes/runtime, Python build/check and Node media tools are bundled. Requested PPTX keeps text/notes editable and pictures separate, with artwork/background effects rendered; PDF gives one page per slide.

Before you choose

Let an observation stay small and specific. A leaf edge, changed shadow or short sentence does not need an invented lesson or benefit. Use the quiet space to clarify what was actually noticed, and label fictional scenes as illustrations rather than field evidence.

Good fit

  • A presenter is organizing a slow-observation journal or gentle landscape/detail story around approved material.
  • A team wants a coherent illustrated visual language across chapter scenes, small collections and record/reflection pages.
  • A creator can supply a clear audience, message and source notes and wants an exact custom length rather than the example’s sequence.

Not for

  • Reproducing copied characters, protected source artwork, identities or text.
  • Automated research, scientific verification or claims that a quiet journal presentation provides therapeutic benefits.
  • A PowerPoint in which every foliage shape, pencil stroke and decorative illustration is a native editable object.
  • Glossy 3D/realistic art or generic rounded-card layouts replacing the flat painterly scenes and deliberate open space.

How to use

You say/botanical-quiet-deck Create a twelve-page slow-observation journal deck with original teal botanical illustrations and delicate handwritten titles.
  1. Provide topic, audience, purpose, approved messages/source material, language and exact count, with duration when useful. Agree a missing count from content and speaking time, including cover/close within the total unless specified otherwise. Separate actual observations from illustrative narrative.

  2. Plan distinct page jobs using the twelve roles, selecting or extending only what the content needs. Preserve the Allura/Cormorant pairing, powder-blue/brown/teal balance, vertical chapter treatments and small white panels. The theme reference gives one authored direction rather than a set of named alternatives or an editor theme selector.

  3. Create an art ledger for actual slots. Choose suitable library reuse, reuse with generated gaps or all-new art, with approved supplied material first. Eighteen local assets are available, but fictional characters and painted scenes are illustrations, not documentary records of the user’s experience.

  4. Match kit aspects: wide chapter/window scenes, tall 3:4 miniatures and figure studies, a 4:5 detail, square tabletop objects and 4:3 record/rest pages. Use each image once; a crop/recolor/rotation remains the same source. Preserve scratchy contours, flat shapes and generous quiet space, keeping important words outside art.

  5. Embed catalog IDs with the checksum-verifying Node helper. Authorized new illustrations may use a built-in tool or optional paid FAL path with FAL_KEY; record returned task IDs for status/fetch without automatic failure resubmission. Costs/account limits apply. List labeled gaps if no suitable image exists rather than treating an unfinished collection grid as complete.

  6. Replace example journal wording, characters, observations and notes with approved content or clear fiction. Keep type and functional geometry editable, preserve applicable font notices and embed final assets. Compose/build/check with Python 3 and the agreed count/style kit; Node serves media helpers. Resolve leftovers/unfilled slots and keep below 20 MB.

  7. Open over local HTTP and inspect every 1280×720 page for delicate-script readability, vertical label placement, miniature crops, line contrast and bounds. Check actual counters/thumbnails/notes, then test Edit/E, images/order/text/notes, object movement, undo/redo, Save and reopening.

  8. Export requested PPTX/PDF, run the PPTX check and inspect text/notes, painted image layers and actual font substitution in the target application. Report visual findings and evidence limits; an offline deck and a successful build do not establish scientific or therapeutic effectiveness.
