Paper-Texture Resume Site

Explain a working history through linked role and project stories on a handmade-looking page. Paper Texture Resume uses a crumpled cream sheet against a dark dotted board, with clipped identity, handwritten notes and highlighted headings. The result is a multi-page professional site, not merely a decorated one-page CV.

What you get

  • A full resume-site family with Home, About, Experience and individual roles, Education, Expertise, Services, Portfolio and project cases, Contact and a missing-page state. The fictional reference contains eighteen connected pages; the content should be adapted to your own career.
  • An identity block with mustard portrait card, quick facts, contact rows, portfolio-code tile and languages, followed by two resume columns and selected work. Red margin notes, dotted timelines, torn expertise stickers, colored tool folders and taped prints organize the information.
  • Role pages and project cases that can explain context and outcomes, plus service pages where appropriate. The site includes portfolio filtering, search and sort, FAQ, copy-email, counters and local contact/availability-signup states.
  • A default embedded HTML file with four typefaces, including two hand-drawn faces, and photos in one coherent art direction. The package supports a framework adaptation when requested and documents image planning and output checks.

Before you choose

Choose this when separate role, school and case pages help explain your career and the handmade identity suits you. Keep the timeline and facts easy to scan beneath the paper treatment. Do not confuse it with the similarly styled Scrapbook package when a downloadable or printable CV is the main requirement.

Good fit

  • Motion, interface, graphic or editorial designers want a personal career site rather than a corporate profile.
  • A job seeker or freelancer needs roles, education, skills, services and project detail reachable through connected pages.
  • A developer, teacher, researcher or small studio can map projects, lessons, programs or papers into the same page roles without inventing design work.

Not for

  • A formal corporate or legal profile where paper creases, stickers and handwriting do not fit the intended voice.
  • A one-page print CV or ready-made printable PDF. This package’s main output is a connected website; Scrapbook Resume is a different package that explicitly includes a one-page CV route.
  • Real hiring, booking or delivered contact messages through the local form, or unsupported credentials inferred from the template’s professional appearance.

How to use

You say/paper-texture-resume-site Build a resume site for Tessa Marlow, a motion and interface designer based in Rotterdam.
  1. Collect name, tagline, quick facts, languages and public contact details; actual roles and schools with dates and highlights; skills and tools; and project briefs with your role and result. Provide your own portrait where possible and identify any missing claims for confirmation.

  2. Map content to the person rather than keeping every sample section. The documented structure supports one to five roles and at least two cases. Rename Portfolio to Projects or omit Services when it does not fit; update linked pages, filters, counts and navigation together.

  3. Plan one photographic direction across portrait, desk, pinboard and case scenes. Use supplied photos first and optionally generate missing supporting images with the host tool, recording any charge and any stand-in person. Interface cases should show screens built in the page rather than generated phone photographs.

  4. Build the default self-contained file with embedded fonts and images, or implement the same page family as real components and routes in an existing/requested framework. The package uses Next.js with TypeScript when a framework is wanted but unnamed.

  5. Run the checks and inspect every role, case and form on desktop and phone. Test search, sort, empty filters, copy-email, FAQ and availability states. Check factual dates and qualifications, and connect a real message service before presenting a local confirmation as delivered.

Requirements and costs

You bring
Name, one-sentence tagline, a few quick facts, languages and contact details · Roles and schools with dates and highlights, plus your skills and tools · Portfolio projects with a brief and outcome, and your own portrait (optional; gaps become listed placeholders)
Dependencies
Node.js 18 or newer on your agent's machine, to run the bundled script that builds the single offline file · Internet access while the file is built, so the fonts can be downloaded once and embedded · An image tool in your agent for photos you do not supply (optional if you provide your own portrait and project images)
Outside costs
Photos you do not supply (portrait stand-in, desk and pinboard shots, case study images) are generated with your agent's own image tool, which may incur that tool's usage charges. Nothing else uses a paid service.
