CreatorMotion · Chapter Label Stack

Introduce a section in three readable layers: a small chapter badge, a large headline and a short supporting line. Each layer gets its own entrance, then the composition holds without a slow exit. This 6.8-second title treatment gives viewers both the topic and a little context before the lesson continues.

What you get

  • A local generator, editable HyperFrames effect and motion/review instructions. Generate the composition at 1920×1080 and render it at 30 fps as a title segment for your own edit.
  • Editable chapter, title and subtitle fields, with a square accent strip, a heavy headline and a close supporting line. A faint oversized numeral behind the copy provides a secondary plane.
  • A badge entrance at 0.16 seconds, whole-headline upward fade at 0.48–0.78 seconds and supporting-line reveal at 0.95–1.20 seconds. The finished hierarchy holds rather than dissolving into another scene.
  • Four palettes keep the sequence consistent: White & Yellow (white-yellow), Charcoal & Lime (charcoal-lime), Paper & Orange (paper-orange) and Black & White (midnight-ice). Semantic overrides can adapt colors; inspect contrast afterwards. Dark palettes have a fine static grid. Fonts are local: Inter, IBM Plex Mono for small measurements/ordinals, Smiley Sans and Noto Sans SC. Chinese content automatically uses Smiley Sans, including Latin text in the same composition; --zh-font noto-sans-sc chooses the plainer alternative and --font embeds your own face. Check line breaks after a font change.

Before you choose

Write the three levels as different jobs: identify the section, name the topic and add context. If all three say the same thing, simplify the copy rather than adding motion to duplicate information.

Good fit

  • A creator introducing a lesson, test or section that needs both a topic and a brief qualifier.
  • A short teaching passage with concise headline copy and a subtitle that adds useful context.
  • A series requiring consistent three-level title hierarchy, palette and typography.

Not for

  • A long description or a sequence of independently animated characters. The headline enters as one block.
  • Automatic generation of the following lesson or synchronization to narration; the title uses a fixed timeline.
  • Automatic long-form editing, generated presenter performances or music, or copying a reference creator’s identity and source material.

How to use

You say/creatormotion-chapter-label-stack Turn my supplied explanation into a white-yellow B-roll scene using the Chapter Label Stack effect. Use the text, data and media I provide, and ask for any required input that is missing.
  1. Write chapter, title and subtitle in JSON. Let the subtitle clarify the headline—for example, the subject or scope of the section—rather than merely repeating it. The supplied TEST 01 example is illustrative.

  2. Keep the headline concise for its large 150px treatment and the subtitle brief for its smaller text area. The background ordinal is extracted from digits in chapter, falling back to 01 when there are none; inspect it if you use a word-only section label.

  3. Read the motion specification and preserve badge, whole-headline entrance and supporting line in that order. This scene uses typography and geometry without presenter footage, a matte or active raster images.

  4. Prepare Node.js 22+, FFmpeg and the documented HyperFrames CLI 0.8.30. Run node scripts/create.mjs --out PROJECT --data CONTENT.json --style white-yellow from the extracted package, changing the style or adding --overrides as needed. Read the motion specification and design reference before adapting the layout; keep project assets local.

  5. Lint, validate and inspect the generated project with the pinned HyperFrames CLI, then render at 1920×1080 and 30 fps using the command printed by the generator. Review the actual opening, principal change and settled reading state for clipping, contrast and text bounds. If you change the effect implementation, inspect all four palette examples. A successful build alone is not visual acceptance; narration, music and film assembly remain separate work. Check all three levels together in the final hold, including whether the faint background numeral distracts from the title and whether the subtitle remains readable.
